The bar at Portal is an intimate and stylish meeting point ideal for enjoying an aperitif of a chilled extra dry white port or sampling the extensive wine list. The bar also provides a relaxed eating area for those preferring a light meal or snack, offering Petiscos – Portal's lengthy assortment of Latin Tapas. Spilling back into a glorious glasshouse, the airy dining area lends an al-fresco feel that is spectacular both day and night. At the heart of the restaurant is the bustling open-plan kitchen, where classics such as traditional Braised bisaro with fine sweet potato chips and pea mash with Madeira sauce are created.
