CuisineHead Chef Jeronimo P Abreu joined the Portal in 2011, He has finished his culinary school in Ecole superieur de cuisine francaise-Ferrandi, Paris. He has travelled and worked in numerous countries. He has depcited his travels in our Winter Menu, adapting the Rustic Portuguese cusine with fresh and seasonal twist. Portal focuses on a mainly Portuguese cuisine, cooked in a sophisticated modern style and the result is an inventive, yet classic menu. His new Mussel and fresh crab soup with spices and coriander is a definate must try, along side the Bacalhau feijoada which has been a great hit.
