STARTER

•  Mushroom steak tartar with fresh cheese and truffle oil
        or
•  Octopus and watercress with trio of peppers


MAIN COURSE

•  Sautéed Monkfish with wild berries risotto
        or
•  Guinea fowl stuffed with black olives and cherry tomatoes with Serra cheese with chestnut cannelloni and cherry sauce
        or
•  Risotto of morels and salsifis with grilled baby vegetables and tapenade

DESSERTS

•  Warm “Pastel de Nata” with mocha ice cream
        or
•  Selection of homemade sorbets and ice cream

Supplementary charge for small Portal cheese selection, granny smith, Portuguese quince and biscuits – £9

This menu is charged £34 per person for a 3 course meal


Sete Colinas (Seven Hills)

STARTER

•  Smoked duck magret, watermelon frou frou, and a kumkquat and chili shot

•  “Azeitlette” with young potatoes and home-made vanilla infused pickles and brioche

MAIN COURSE

•  Roasted John dory with clams and bulhao pato sauce
        or
•  Pan fried beef tornedo with goat cheese gnocchi, cherry and morrels sauce
        or
•  Chestnut and white truffle cannelloni au gratin with spinach, sakura sprouts and rosti potatoes



DESSERTS

•  Demi-cuit with rose patel and white chocolate ice-cream
        or
•  Selection of homemade sorbets and ice- creams

This menu is charged £39 per person for a 3 course meal

We require 4 working days notice and a deposit of £30.00 p/h is requested upon confirmation to secure the booking and food order.
Please note, £30.00 deposits only apply to suckling pig or roasted kid goat orders.

You may also have the option to create your own degusation menu, however, pre-choices will be required.
